Hi everyone,
How are you? It's finally shifted away from seasonally appropriate but turbulent spring weather where I am in Massachusetts - you know, should I wear a light jacket, pack a fleece, bring an umbrella, or leave out in a t-shirt, kind of weather? During dusk and dawn, the chill in the air is the sole giveaway that it's not yet summer.
Spring, in recent years, has become my favorite season. It brings with it more daylight which is great because the way 4 pm sunsets mess with my circadian rhythm is criminal. But mainly, it forces me to pay attention. Tear-drop-shaped buds slowly unfurl into leaves over the weeks. Perennials nudge through the soil, lured by the sun's warmth. And butterflies and other pollinators return for the promise of nectar nestled inside fresh blooms.
So much change.
So much beauty.
So much life I don't want to miss out on.
Would you believe there was a time I did? A time I didn't have the eyes to see the goodness of life itself all around me.
So that's my anchor for these posts/newsletters/writeups. I'll follow the common threads of life curiously, see where they lead, and deliver a distilled recap straight to your inbox.
If you made it to the end of this introduction, I love you, and there's nothing you can do about it. Drop me a line about your favorite season, what keeps you present, or a 🌸 in the comments to let me know you enjoyed the read.
Until next time.
With gratitude,
R.

The fall season will always have my heart, but I’m recently beginning to LOVE the spring. It’s something about the regrowth we see in nature every year around this time that inspires and fuels my desire to start over or reinvent something about my journey.
Also…. I love you 🌸🌸🌸🌸
