When I taught high school English I encouraged my students to mine for golden lines in a text- now I cant't help but do it myself! I love this line here ""Scars showing survival, breasts that nursed children and thighs that make for a soft seat found their truest, relaxed, and bare selves."
For me, saunas really puts me in a place to wrestle with my thoughts. I haven't been to one in a while though. I feel a b-t awkward when other people are in the sauna- small spaces often mean force conversation at times.
😩 aren’t they so great?!?! Do you have a particular spa you enjoy going to or do you go to one in a gym?
Morocco was already on my travel list but now you’ve elevated it 😩.
I’m a spa girl. My gym isn’t fancy enough for a steam room yet.
I will take any and all recommendations! That’s very generous of you, thanks!
Saunas, steam rooms, floats. All are welcome. Only one I’m not in a rush to sample are ice baths. 🥶🥶🥶
And look at you now; took a cold plunge not too long ago.
